César Cielo says this phrase, apparently so simple, which has been and continues to be his guide, his mantra, the essence of his life.
What is it that makes it so difficult to keep the most important, the most important things? When the world is moving so fast it is not always easy to know how to separate what is useless from what is not, from what is really essential to us, and from what makes us feel good.
How often does it happen that, instead of facing our difficulties, we find an alternative and painless way to avoid them? We buy things we don't need, superfluous material goods, mistakenly thinking that we will alleviate our frustrations. In this way, however, we only make the situation worse.
During these days, Cèsar Cielo has brought together more than 300 athletes (children, young people, adults, masters and triathletes), coaches and instructors and on each occasion he has communicated a part of himself, of his essence, of his story.
César did not limit himself to talking only about swimming technique or his victories, but told his life experience to those who listened to him. A story of a man who became a champion not only because of his hard and constant training, but also because of his change of mentality. His decision to discard the useless in order to capture only the essential, the most important things.
Thank you Cesar!
