The documentary looks at swimmer Abbey Weitzeil to try to answer a simple question:
"How can she be so fast?"
Abbey Weitzeil is an American swimmer, winner of a gold medal in the 4x100m medley and a silver medal in the 4x100m freestyle at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
A "sprinter" swimmer is an athlete with a very high anaerobic capacity, capable of withstanding intense physical exertion.
But swimming is also a sport that involves a lot of technique to achieve productive results.
To better understand the role of each of these components, Abbey was invited by Saint Mary's University of London, the sport science centre par excellence, where a team of experts examined the athlete outside of his natural environment to study the components that determined his victory.
During the documentary, science, analysing the famous American athlete, will be able to answer the question:
"How can he be so fast?"
